Erika is the utmost professional. Her styling abilities alone separate her from anyone else in this area. She knows the market, understands buyers and understands how to stage a home that appeals to both traditional and contemporary parties. It is important to understand her styling strategies and follow them completely for maximum results. Whether we agreed or disagreed with her style…it was the correct thing to let her stage the house without questioning the design. We listed our house in mid August and received an offer the second day it was on the market. We would have used her as a buyer’s agent as well if not for the fact that we purchased our current home from my mother (and she even offered advice for that as well). Finally, if we choose to move again, we will hire Erika without hesitation as I would not even interview another realtor. I recommend her services 100%."

"Simply the Best.The buyer said he was not going to inherit a water problem if the source of the water was not located. And this is 3 days before closing.The buyer and his inspector found a water puddle in the middle of the kitchen floor and they suspected the water problem was from pinhole in the pipe underneath the kitchen floor.Due to the diligence of Erika and her team - Elena and Gregg. They ironed out the issue and buyer closed the house 1 day late on the full price as negotiated.When you are selling a house, you need to have someone who is simply the best in every way - because you just don’t know what is going to happen. What kind of buyers you are going to get, and what kind of market conditions that will be. You need someone who has the vision, who has the skills, who has the knowledge, who has the connection, and tactical enough to maneuver different kinds of buyers in different kind of situations.. And you get all these qualities in Erika and her team.We are remote owner, and the property was in the middle of remodel when the family who stayed there relocated out of town. Erika and her team came in. Her team - Elena as the project manager, Erika as the design consultant, and Gregg as the contractor - completed the remodel within budget and on time. And more important, with absolute no work from us. We are completely hand-free, no anxiety and worry free from typical house remodel.The final product is so good - it is sold at top dollars - 10% above asking price, highest price on the street, multiple offers with strong offer less than 1 day on the market.Erika and her team is whole hearted on selling my house at top dollars with minimal effort from us. "Erika and Elena were sooo helpful for us . We live 2 1/2 hours away from Chapel Hill ( their area of expertise). They knew how to set up our townhouse to make the best presentation, knew the market well, had a constant stream of workers to make things happen in short order, and kept us aware of each step as it proceeded. I was surprised at the immediate response from them day or night and weekends and how they had our best interest in site. They connected us with lawyers and all the professional people we needed along the way. We could have never handled all the things that popped up from day to day and Erika and Elena took it in stride and made it look easy, although it was their experience and drive that solved all the problems. "Erica and Elena made the process of selling our townhouse so much easier and better than anticipated, especially since we live 3 hours away. They suggested ways to improve the property, lined up experts to get the preparation work for selling completed and oversaw every detail. Both were very responsive and upbeat. Their suggestions were always in our best interest, we were kept up to date with what to expect and they communicated the progress every step of the way. "We chose Erika on the recommendation of a friend, after interviewing another good realtor. As our ratings show, our friends were right so we are passing on the friendly recommendation. We didn’t realize that we were hiring also Elena with whom we went through the whole process. The process was extremely well organized, advice on preparations was very sound (as the results showed). Handy man and special cleaning were very helpful. Pictures and videos of the property very professional, The final steps were take when we were traveling on the other side of the continent and these two professionals handled it extremely well on our behalf. The selling price matched the upper part of the original estimate Have no hesitation of giving this operation 5 stars all the way."

"Erika and Elena did a fantastic job in selling our 33-year-old house in a very difficult market in Chapel Hill. They gave the house just enough of a facelift (new paint, kitchen appliances, light fixtures, refinished floors, minor repairs) but not too much, and their contractors did a great job in a timely fashion. They staged the house beautifully. Other real estate agents said that everything was “spot on.” They were very accessible by phone and email, and they made the whole process very transparent, guiding us expertly through negotiations with the buyer . We feel very lucky to have had Erika and her team working for us, and we highly recommend her!"
